Open to all students wanting to study yoga philosophy. This course is eligible for 50CE hours with Yoga Alliance. This course is a prerequisite for those wanting to receive their 200 HR Teacher Training (Fundamentals of Teaching Yoga) at Imagine Yoga Studio.
Join Kristina and Tessa for a four-weekend immersive study of yoga philosophy—meeting Saturdays and Sundays—to explore the heart of yoga beyond the poses. Each day includes a grounding yoga practice, a nourishing meditation session, a lunch break, and cozy circle-style discussions on yogic philosophy.
Together, we’ll co-create a transformative journey rooted in ancient wisdom, equipping aspiring teachers and curious seekers with the tools to guide themselves and others toward inner peace and well-being. Whether you feel called to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, this immersion is open to all.
All but $100 is refundable up until 9/15/25. After 9/15/25, up to the start of the immersion/training, 50% is refundable minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds are available after the training has started.

The Immersive Study of Yoga Philosophy is a required pre-requisite for taking this training. Details above!
Whether you want to teach yoga or simply develop your own practice this training is open to all.
Kristina and I will co-create a transformative journey, equipping aspiring teachers with the knowledge and skills to guide others towards inner peace and well-being.
Students will also gain a deeper understanding of how to create a personal practice.
Learn the art and science of designing and delivering a safe dynamic yoga class.
There will be a strong emphasis on learning the art and science of meditation, philosophy, and yoga nidra, as well. This is a supportive community for all of our students.
EVERY SECOND AND LAST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
The first half of class (Vinyasa) is designed to establish a steady breathing rhythm, improve blood flow and circulation, and build strength and skill. Vinyasa means to link breath with movement in a special way to achieve a particular outcome. You will learn to let the breath guide your movement as the ultimate teacher.
The second half of class (Yin) will focus on deep stretches with long holds (1-5 min). You will be invited to relax and release any muscular contraction, working deep into the connective tissue. This type of yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system response, naturally fostering relaxation and calmness. The combination of these two styles of yoga balances body, mind, and spirit, helping you take your yoga off the mat and into your daily life!
60MIN CLASSES | ALL LEVELS
This is a donation-based class with a suggested sliding scale donation of $5 to $15 on-site. Proceeds will support a local non-profit organization.
Following the class, participants will enjoy 30% off a same day in-store purchase.
Space is limited. Advance registration is required. RSVP today!
