Join us for a mini-retreat from the comfort of your own home designed to help you reduce anxiety and reset your nervous system.
Does your nervous system feel overloaded? When asked how you are, does “tired and wired” frequently come to mind? You’re in luck because we’re hosting a workshop to soothe your nerves and provide anxiety relief. We’ll be joined by the following teachers:
Esak Garcia, world-renowned yoga teacher, creator of Jedi Fight Club training and e84 yoga teacher training will share his expertise on backbending practices, which can have a profound impact on reducing stress and anxiety.
Tim Westfeldt, founder of the Westfeldt Institute for Emotional Hygiene and creator of the Emotional Hygiene method, will lead us through experiments and activities to help us understand how anxiety shows up in our own lives and what to do about it.
Tessa Tovar, certified health coach and yoga teacher, will lead us through practices designed to quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and pamper the body.
These powerful tools will help you reduce the feeling and effects of anxiety in your life. It’s an event you won’t want to miss and your nervous system will thank you. Radically Loved 200-Hour Teacher Training Begins Fall 2021
This foundational program will advance your practice, acquaint you with the many layers of yoga, build your confidence and help you find your voice.
Join Kristina and Tessa for a free info session to see if this yoga training is a fit for you! We will give an overview of the program curriculum, explore the benefits of doing this training and answer all of your questions.
This session is highly recommended for both students considering a teacher training as well as serious students of yoga who are curious as to what taking a teacher training involves and how it can take their yoga practice to the next level!
The next training is a 9 weekend format and will be online! We will have 2 information sessions between now and the fall. Please check back for dates.

Tantra became popularized as a branch of yoga in India around the 5th and 6th century A.D. Despite its harbinger as a sexual practice its roots and ritual run deep to the core of yoga and means to expand beyond limits. In this 3 HR workshop we will explore the history and the purpose behind Tantra. We will learn about the core elements of Tantra. We will have a Tantra based asana practice, which I think you'll find surprisingly familiar and accessible. We will learn to chant the Gayatri Mantra which is foundational to the lineage. We will sit in circle learn, and share with one another. This workshop is for you if you have an interest, inkling, nudge, or curiosity to learn more about Tantra. Whether you have no prior knowledge or have read some on the subject; this workshop is for all levels of learning, ages, and physical ability.
